There are no long term commitments with our easy monthly maintenance, updates, and security packages.

[hr]Website domain names | Rockwell Art & Design provides consulting and instructions for setting up their client’s domain names, but is not responsible for the fees, membership, or accounts relating to the ownership of the Client’s domain name. The client will be the sole owner of their domain name, provided by GoDaddy.com. Rockwell Art & Design does not assume any responsibility or risk relating to any issues, malfunctions that arise due to the domain name or the hosting of its domain.
Web Hosting | The client understands that any web hosting services are provided by Blue Host, not Rockwell Art & Design. The client is responsible for paying their own hosting fees for their own account through Blue Host. Rockwell Art & Design provides the free service of either setting up the hosting account for the clients website & billing the client additionally, or gives instructions so the client does it on their own. In the event of any loss in information or graphics, hack or other incidental circumstances, Rockwell Art & Design will not be responsible for replacing, managing, or fixing the issue, however Rockwell Art & Design does provide additional support and consulting to their clients for one time or monthly maintenance fees.
Copyrights and Trademarks | The client represents to Rockwell Art & Design and unconditionally guarantees that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to Rockwell Art & Design for inclusion in webpages are owned by the client, or that the client has permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend Rockwell Art & Design and its subcontractors from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements furnished by the client.
Legal Risk | The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the webpages and website is with client. In no event will Rockwell Art & Design be liable to the client or any third party for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the operation of or inability to operate these webpages or website, even if Rockwell Art & Design has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
Assignment of Project | Rockwell Art & Design reserves the right to assign subcontractors to this project to insure the right fit for the job as well as on-time completion.
Laws Affecting Electronic Commerce | From time to time governments enact laws and levy taxes and tariffs affecting Internet electronic commerce. The client agrees that the client is solely responsible for complying with such laws, taxes, and tariffs, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend Rockwell Art & Design and its subcontractors from any claim, suit, penalty, tax, or tariff arising from the client’s exercise of Internet electronic commerce.
Copyright to Webpages | Copyright to the finished assembled work of webpages produced by Rockwell Art & Design is owned by Wilson Internet Services. Upon final payment of this contract, the client is assigned rights to use as a website the design, graphics, and text contained in the finished assembled website. Rights to photos, graphics, source code, work-up files, and computer programs are specifically not transferred to the client, and remain the property of their respective owners. Rockwell Art & Design and its subcontractors retain the right to display graphics and other Web design elements as examples of their work in their respective portfolios.
[hr]A 25% deposit is required to begin your project. Full payment is required upon completion (if web design: full payment is due before the training and analytics tool are scheduled). Invoices are due within 30 days of it’s generation to avoid late fees. Our goal is to meet our clients where they’re at, so please let us know ahead of time if you need to arrange a payment plan.
